Terms & Conditions

Registration. The guest registering should be 18 years or above. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the property. All facilities are for use only between the check-in and check-out times on your reservation.
Documentation. A valid photo ID with proof of residence or date of birth is required at check-in.
Participants. Participation in activities is restricted to registered guests; we do not permit visitors or drivers to take part.
Children. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian — Ayu In The Hills is not responsible for damages, losses, injuries or accidents anywhere on the property. Some activities may not be available to children depending on age and difficulty; please check pricing for children on our Stay page.
Valuables. Please use lockers where provided — we are not responsible for loss or damage to valuables during activities.
Cancellations. An advance payment, once made, is non-refundable. There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures. "No shows" will be charged the full reserved amount.
Breakages & lost items. Any breakages or lost items caused by guests during their stay will be charged at the item's replacement cost or actual quote.
Liability. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss of property — including theft, fire, flood, wind or other events beyond our control — occurring on the property.
CCTV. Outdoor activity areas and registration counters are monitored by CCTV for security.
Photography. Photographs taken by our in-house photographer in public areas, and guest reviews, may be shared on our social media or website.
Natural landscape. The property is designed to keep the natural landscape rustic and largely unmodified — please take care on uneven ground.
